How to Download/Update Facebook App

Steps to Downloading the Facebook App
1. For iOS

Open the App store
Tap on Search
Type in "Facebook"
Tap on Facebook, then tap "Free"
Sign in to iTunes by entering your Apple ID and tapping OKThe Facebook application should start downloading. You'll receive a notification once the downloading and installation processes are done. The application icon will now be available on your menu folder.

2. For Android

Open your Google Play Store
Tap the search field and type in "Facebook"
Tap on Facebook
Click the Install button
A pop up window will come up with a list of stuff the application will need access to.

Tap on ACCEPT
The Facebook application should start downloading. You'll receive a notification once the downloading and installation processes are done. The application icon will now be available on your menu folder.
Steps to Updating Your Facebook App
1. For iOS
Open your App store
Click the Updates tab located on the bottom right corner of your screen
Scroll through the Available updates section to find the Facebook application
Tap the UPDATE button which is to the right of the Facebook iconThe update will take some time to run its course. Once it is done installing, open the application in your Home screen to enjoy the newly updated version.

2. For Android users
Open your Play Store
Click the menu icon on Google Play the search bar
A number of options will be displayed. Click My apps and games
Scroll through the Updates section to find the Facebook application
Click the Facebook icon. On doing so, the "Uninstall" and "Update" options buttons are displayed
Click the Update buttonAgain, the update will take some time. After installation, open the application by clicking the Facebook application icon in your application drawer.
